課程簡介: 這是一套密集的訓練課程計畫，奠基於ICA之參與的科技 (Technology of Participation™) 之理論與演練，針對所有希望提昇「引導」核心能力的人士，以幫助個人及團隊真正的轉變。
Program Overview: An intensive training program based on the theory and practice of ICA’s Technology of Participation™ methods, for those who wish to raise their core competency in group and individual processes.
課程內容 The Program includes:
- 學習契約Learning Intention - Created at the beginning, reviewed regularly and evaluated at completion of FDP – 在課程開始時設定學習目標，定期檢視，結束時評估
- 必修課程 Required Courses - 9 courses currently in the basic curriculum
- 個別指導 Personal Mentoring - 3 sessions
- 團隊演練 Group Practice - 6 practice sessions with feedback

NT$ 200,000 引導者發展課程 Facilitator Development Program.
前面已經參加過的課程費用可以折抵 Reductions allowed for previous course attendance.
